Anna P. Benjamin-Cooper

I was born on the beautiful island of St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands, and moved several years later to New Rochelle, New York, where I enrolled in the United States Army and later the Army Reserves after active duty service. My diverse upbringing and desire to serve my family, church, and communities allowed me to see others strive as they journey through life.

After serving in the United States Army for ten years, I joined civil service in June 1996 until the present. I hold an Associate Degree from Northern Virginia Community College in Paralegal Studies, Alexandria, Virginia, Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration of Justice from George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia, a Master of Divinity degree and a Doctor of Ministry Degree focusing in Soul Care, at Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, DC.

I also obtained my advanced certificate in coaching from Light University and my certification from the International Board of Christian Care. I believe everyone has a purpose in life; therefore, I desire to empower purpose-filled lives, with the direction of the Holy Spirit. My love and passion for serving GOD and others is the fabric of my being. I am a Servant Leader, and my journey scripture is Proverbs 3:5-6.

“Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.”
